That's why I'm here for the people everyone turns to — the purpose-driven, emotionally intelligent leaders who know how to save the day…but don’t always have the capacity to extend that same care to themselves (even when they want to).

All sessions are currently virtual. This allows you to be anywhere in the state of Minnesota during our sessions.
Each session is 55 minutes.
Appointment times are Monday-Thursday, 11am-6pm. The appointment times most likely available are daytime.

We will start with a free 30-minute consultation. Grab an appointment time here.

I am out-of-network with all insurance companies. However, there are two ways to still use your benefits:
1 ) You are able to use an HSA or FSA to cover the cost.
2 ) I can provide a statement to be submitted toward your out-of-network benefits and a portion of the fee could be reimbursed. However, those benefits are completely dependent on your specific plan. You will want to call the phone number on the back of your insurance card for more information.
